We collect and use the real-time location of drivers to enable transportation services within the app. This includes tracking the driver’s location during active trips to provide accurate pickup, navigation, and drop-off services, as well as to improve safety and service quality. Location data is collected both while the app is in use and in the background during active trips, so drivers do not need to keep the app open at all times. This data is used only for service-related purposes and is not shared with unauthorized third parties.

Dignity Transportation Inc. protects the privacy of your personal information against loss, misuse or unauthorized access with safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Only those staff members who require your personal information in order to provide services to you, or to Dignity Transportation Inc., have access to it.

Push Notifications

Our mobile application may send push notifications to drivers and authorized users regarding transportation services and operational activities. These notifications may include, but are not limited to:

  • New trip assignments
  • Trip updates or modifications
  • Trip cancellations
  • Schedule changes
  • Driver-related operational alerts
  • Important service announcements

To provide these notifications, we use third-party notification services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Device identifiers or notification tokens may be collected and processed solely for the purpose of delivering notifications to your device.

Push notifications are used exclusively for business and operational purposes related to transportation services and are not used to track your location through the notification service itself.

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. However, disabling notifications may affect your ability to receive timely updates regarding trip assignments, schedule changes, cancellations, and other important operational information.

We may collect certain device-related information necessary for the operation of the application, including:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Application version
  • Push notification token generated by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
  • Device identifiers required for notification delivery and security purposes

This information is used solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services.

  • Google Firebase (Push Notifications, Analytics, Authentication, Crash Reporting)
